Did you get a chance to ask your friend about filing 2014 after we are a
nonprofit? I am doing my own tax return right now and want to include
Collindale if necessary. It will be easier than having to file a late business
return. I do mine in TurboTax, which shows me my refund/taxes-due amount
throughout the process. I would enter all of my own personal taxes, see what
the refund/taxes due amount is, enter Collindale's income/expenses, and then
get the final refund/taxes due amount. The difference is what Collindale owed
in taxes.
