[contestms] Problem with running CMS

I tried running CMS on two machines with Ubuntu 12.04. Each time I run "sudo
cmsAdminWebServer" I get the following output and CMS temniates.

2013/07/27 10:16:37 - CRITICAL [None] Couldn't autodetect shard number and
no shard specified for service AdminWebServer, quitting.

I couldn't figure out why this happens.
