Okay, you have a FAT32 partition. That may be involved in the problem.
However, you should note that because of the limitations of FAT32 you
shouldn't make a FAT32 partition any larger than 32 GB. Windows XP refuses
to create a volume bigger than that. (Yes, you're using Win2K, but this may
apply there as well.) Understand that FAT32 has a number of limitations
that make using a 120 GB drive. You can see some of them at:

http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/reskit/en-us/Default.asp?url=/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/reskit/en-us/prkc_fil_tdrn.asp

If you can't read that try:

The problem likely happened when Ghost rewrote the MBR, the DOS boot record
and the FATs. I have a feeling that trying to actually fix this problem may
be futile. I suspect that Ghost has problems creating a FAT32 volume larger
than 20 GB on your drive. My recommendation: Convert to NTFS. This will
make the data access to the drive faster, reduce any disk errors (FAT32 has
almost no error correction capabilities while NTFS has all kinds of support
there) and allow larger files and a larger number of files as well as better
use of drive space and less fragmentation of files.

The other alternative is to let Ghost restore the image on a smaller
partition of the drive. In order to do this you need to create the
partition with GDISK (a part of Ghost; it's a command line version of FDISK)
and then use Ghost in the Image to Partition (rather than Disk) mode. Then
create another partition on the drive that uses the rest of the drive.

But overall, I'd say convert to NTFS. Much better solution. The only
caveat to this is that if you have a Windows 9x installation you won't be
able to read the drive.
