[CTS] Joe/IE7

Joe..no..it isn't in add/remove, basically, I go thru all the steps,
validation etc..then it hangs..and hangs..and I have to CAD out of it. It
installed
in minutes on my other 3 pc's, including my old 733mhz Micron. Go figga.
The only thing on my HD that I could find was the install log, which I believe
I've deleted, not sure tho.
Do you think it could be having McAfee on my pc that's doing it? I know it
runs even if you shut it down from the sys tray.
Although..now that I think of it..my other new pc, has McAfee and it
installed fine there..so..guess not. I HAVE tried every type of google
search, MS
search to find answers but none helped or applied to my problem.

Is IE7.0 showing in Add/Remove when you check "Show Updates"?
If you gets the dregs out and the registry cleaned up it may install. I
installed IE7.0 when it hit the street and haven't looked back. The
security is a little stiff but that can be changed.
