Not sure how much value those links might be to a modern model railroader. I
tore my layout down 20 years ago after a home fire. Several thousand dollars
in hand made brass engines, Pullman cars, etc. is stored in the attic over the
garage. The advances in electronics, computer control, sound effects, etc,
over the last twenty years leaves me looking like I'm using wind-up models.
One of those links I sent has to do with using the LPT port to control
appliances such as trains but I never had time to do much with it in those
days.
Model Railroading is a great hobby and keeps your mind out of idle while
keeping
you broke.

Did you get the links ?
