[clw-access] Re: instant messaging function

We use the Clockwork chat sometimes for letting department staff know an
appointment has arrived.

We also have Google Chat as well and will sometimes use that for contacting
staff outside of our office.

We tend to call, e-mail each other or just stop by offices more than
chatting with each other using any method...
