Professionally speaking.....I don't use it. Just can't seem to access the 
information to use it.

Subject: [clw-access] instant messaging function

Does anyone use the built in instant messaging system? It is pretty clunky and 
not very useful except to let you know when an appointment has arrived. Other 
than that it is cumbersome. What do others think?
