Well, we really use Microsoft Lync for instant messaging but you always get a notification from CW when a student arrives. Then you need to go in and clear it. Kind of a pain. We have Google email, which has a chat feature, so we tend to use that instead. I'd be curious to hear whether others have found a good use for the instant messaging in Clockwork.
