Hi Adam,

As I recall from your previous participation in the Come Fly With Me
flights, you've always had a problem with ATC. So, I'll need to go through
this with you step-by-step to get this resolved. After we finish
today's Come Fly With Me flight, I'll be happy to work with you, if you
have the time.
