Date for Your Diary ? Saturday, 5 July - 25th Anniversary Fete
This will take place at school between 11.00am and 2.00pm to help raise
funds for an Adventure Trail for the use of the whole school. If you would
like to:
* Have your own craft stall;
* Advertise in our programme;
* Help on a stall;
* Help set up before the fete and clear up afterwards;
please complete the attached slip and return it to Mrs Oliver via the school
office by Friday, 23 May.
Holiday Club (Broad Oak Care Club) ? Tuesday 27thth May to Tuesday 3rd June
2008
Once again, due to popular demand, the Care Club is running a holiday club
for the forthcoming holiday. The club will run from 9.00am ? 4.00pm each day
and will cost £14.00 per child per day. A packed lunch will be needed.
Places will be limited so it is important that you book your child?s place
as soon as possible.
Please complete the slip below and return it with full payment by Tuesday
20th May 2008.
Please stipulate which days you require and for how many children. Booking
slips need to be returned with payment.
Come along and join our wonderful team - Supervisor Alison and Assistants
Kelly and Dan for many hours of magical fun.
Holiday Club Itinerary for the week includes general fun and games with the
following special activities:
* Tuesday: Desk Top Creatures, Fun Activities and Cinema Afternoon.
* Wednesday: Desk Top Creatures and Creature Hunt, Laptops
* Thursday: Trip to Formby Park and Beach (packed lunch & waterproof
coat required). Don?t forget bucket and spade. PROMPT ARRIVAL FOR DEPARTURE
AT 9.05AM PLEASE
* Friday: Named Number Plates ? Bird Feeders, Bouncy Castle, Face
painting,
* Monday: Hama Beads Designing. Crafts (Park)
* Tuesday: Games and Fun Activities, Face Painting.
We will also be including a trip to the park weather permitting.

week. Only £8.50 per week. Money should be given, via your child, to their
teacher in an envelope marked ?Dinner Money? with their name, class and

Usually available daily (subject to availability) stuffed jacket potatoes,
