Okay guys I am not an expert either but that is a service reset and yes it does look like you have a faulty braillenote. Have you tried calling your local humanware office? Can I ask where are you because with that info I might be able to give you there number.

Try a reset with the record button held at the  same time.

It sounds like you have a faulty braillenote.

If this doesn't work, I have nothing more for you.

So I just did the factory reset to restore everything back to
it's default.  I still am gett
"the operation completed Succesfuly"  with the beep
What on Earth is going on? Is there anything else to do?
