Hi Marissa,
It sounds like your email database may have been corrupted.
To fix this, be sure any important email are saved somewhere
other than keymail (this is important as all of your email
folders and their contents will need to be deleted) and delete
the hidden file called, "Email folders.cdb" in the Keymail folder
of your flash disk.
I hope this helps and am sorry you're dealing with this
very frustrating issue!

can't, but it's not looking good.
Try a reset with the record button held at the same time.
It sounds like you have a faulty braillenote.
If this doesn't work, I have nothing more for you.

So I just did the factory reset to restore everything back to
it's default. I still am gett
"the operation completed Succesfuly" with the beep
What on Earth is going on? Is there anything else to do?
