Shawn,
This is possible if the braillenote is wet. I doubt these'll work, but
try 1/2 things.
1: Put a damp towel over the display. (damp, not wet)
2: Try spraying it with a canester of air spray for computer dust-removal.
Otherwise, it needs to be sent in.
