Hi Shawn, Have you tried exercising your BN's braille display while holding the unit upside down? I believe it may help dislodge anything that may be interfering with the proper function of the display's pins. i've never needed to perform this task, so you'll have to ask others for how to proceed if necessary. However, I know this is something others have suggested in similar instances.
