I am similarly interested in an explanation of how it is some books
from publishing partners make it and others don't. Like you, I['m
interested in the 51-days war. I'm also interested in Harvey Cox'
latest as well as a recent release by John Dominic Crossin called How
to Read the Bible and Still be a Christian, or something quite close to
that. BookShare has a bunch of Crossin's earlier work as well as
earlier work from Cox that is PQ. So yes. How are books chosen? Do
publishers only offer certain titles? Or does somebody or somebodies on
the receiving end pick which items they think will be most in demand?
