Wow. Okay. The thing that messes me up is all the letters that are really numbers. It would help to know what letters each of the numbers could be mistaken for. One thing that I did notice was there were a lot of instances of 21 /2 cups or teaspoons instead of 2 1/2 etc. I noticed that early on and I did a search for all the variations of that number--21/ 31/ 41/ 51. If I got confused, I went to a cooking website which has a lot of popular food network chef recipes. It was time consuming but I think I did a good job. I ran the search feature for the above mentioned numbers four times after cleaning up everything else and I am confident that I addressed that problem. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sharon To: bookshare-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, December 03, 2009 3:19 AM Subject: [bookshare-discuss] Re: paula dean family cookbook submitted How did you tell if the numbers were right? That's why I don't submit cookbooks. Numbers nearly always scan wrong.
