Wow. Okay. The thing that messes me up is all the letters that are really
numbers. It would help to know what letters each of the numbers could be
mistaken for.

  I do a lot of cooking so I'm pretty good at guaging measurements.  One
thing that I did notice was there were a lot of instances of 21 /2 cups or
teaspoons instead of 2 1/2 etc.  I noticed that early on and I did a search
for all the variations of that number--21/ 31/ 41/ 51.  If I got confused, I
went to a cooking website which has a lot of popular food network chef
recipes.  It was time consuming but I think I did a good job. I ran the
search feature for the above mentioned numbers four times after cleaning up
everything else and I am confident that I addressed that problem.

    How did you tell if the numbers were right? That's why I don't submit
cookbooks. Numbers nearly always scan wrong.

      i am so excited. i just proofed my first book and got the email
yesterday.  i also placed my order for open book so should be adding to the
library once ups stops at my door.
