Hi Everyone,
I have a Windows 7 desktop running Jaws 15 and Internet Explorer 11. For the
past few days I have been unable to download bookI checked my account settings
and everything is set right. I can find the books in the collection, but when I
press enter on download, wait 6 seconds and then press alt with n, which is
what I have always done, my cursoor just stays on download. Does anyone have
any idea what could be causing this, and what I can do about it? I haven’t made
any recent changes to my PC.
