Hmmm, I haven't tried on my win7 machine with Jaws, but I was able to
download using SA. Now, I did go to my win10 box and used my new Focus
Forty Blue with Jaws 17. I chose a couple of different books, and
attempted to download the .brf format as I was pretty sure that's what
you did. The cursor just sat on the download button, and nothing
happened. I downloaded both DAISY Text and .brf with win7 and SA. I
don't know what's going on, but it's peculiar. I can try on the win7
machine, but I haven't configured Jaws 16 for the new Braille Display.
However, there is most definitely something going on here.

Hi Everyone,
I have a Windows 7 desktop running Jaws 15 and Internet Explorer 11. For the past few days I have been unable to download bookI checked my account settings and everything is set right. I can find the books in the collection, but when I press enter on download, wait 6 seconds and then press alt with n, which is what I have always done, my cursoor just stays on download. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this, and what I can do about it? I haven’t made any recent changes to my PC.
