if you use this command to move forward, it moves you to the half-way point
between the current position and the end. The same goes for back, except the
beginning instead of end.

I thought those power commands would move 50% in either direction,
depending where you are in the book; but then I thought hitting the power
move again would move about a fourth or one half of the 50 percent. Am I
wrong about this?
