I always r3ead a top speed, unless material is very detailed in nature, so I
*love* being able to get to top speed after a battery change, or a crash.

Actually, what I'd like to see would be to have both rate and volume set to
halfway or maybe two-thirds instead of 100%. This would provide some "wiggle
room" for those of us who might not want the whole thing, but who'd like to
be able to get quickly into the neighborhood to do some fine tuning.

The other night I was carrying the bp and listening to a file. The unit =
was unlocked and somehow the f key got pressed and held in and blasted =
me out. Unfortunately, I wasn't in a position to do any thing about it, =
and finally had to yank off the headphones. =20

I can see the d key going to softest in one beep mode, but am not sure =
there is any utility in having the f key's ability to go to full steam =
in one clip.
