[bookport] Re: continued problems

Tiffany,

I'll assume that with all these usb devices you must be using a usb hub. 
If so, are you using both ports for the computer? Have you tried 
removing the hub so that the Bookport goes directly into the computer? I 
once had a problem with a device, a usb device of course that couldn't 
be plugge dinto a hub or it would refuse to function.
Just an idea and I can't recall anyone asking about a hub.
