[bookport] Re: General failure - operation not completed

I think you have a fire wall problem or a connection problem. I would =
recommend turning your fire wall off while updating the firmware. You have =
the latest software already.

Nope, it doesn't help.
Downloaded and installed the file, but checking for new firmware or
software still results in "general failure" message.
