Hi All,

I think a source of confusion that I keep seeing on this list is the point
that one does not use the audible manager to activate the book port. I
can't remember how much attention that is or is not given in the book port
manual. This is one difference between activating most other audible
devices and the book port. I am not sure whether or not the audible staff
is aware of this.

As far as the shortcut keys that are available in the book port transfer
software, I encourage everyone to use your screen reader to explore the
dialog and get very familiar with these shortcuts. This makes the Book Port
much easier to work with. Finally, this may not be true for everybody, but
I find the html manual much easier to learn from than either the cassette
or text versions.
