There are some very nice small over-the-shoulder or around-the-neck bags
made for small cameras, binoculars, etc. They aren't fitted; that is,
they're not customized for any specific device; and while quite small, will
provide room for the Book Port, extra batteries, CF card, and even
headphones. The best places to look would probably be stores that sell both
cameras and binoculars.

If it weren't for the need to carry headphones with the Bookport (earbuds
aren't clear enough for my hearing), a bag intended for a digital camera
should work pretty well.
