I too, would like to see the AC converter if it didn't add to it's size.
While there are radios around, if a tuner chip of some kind could be worked
into the mother board, it would mean one less item to carry. I believe the
BP. should contain any capability that wouldn't negatively effect it's over
all size or complexity.

: I'm in complete agreement with Mike's comments with respect to the ability
: to run the BP from an AC converter and especially regarding inclusion of a
: radio. However, I'd even forego the AC option if it would significantly
: increase either the physical size or weight of the device. This, to me, is
: one of those "It would be nice but I can certainly live without it"
: features, just as a built-in speaker would be.

: The one suggestion I would have is to allow it to be plugged in with an
A.C.
: adapter and save the batteries for those times when on the go. I
personally
: don't think we need a radio in this device, it's mainly designed to be
used
: for reading, and there are plenty of pocket radios out there. With the
small
: size of the files that are sent to book port, USB 2.0 might make some
: difference, but probably nothing major.
