Yes but the original message was 7 month ago announcing this new product and then the second message stated it was pushed back to the middle of the Second quarter. Well now we are at the end of the second quarter. And there is still no official answer from Springer and very little contact. I think they are about to ditch the courier due to the fact that other companies are surpassing them. I was alpha testing a product for a company about 2 years ago and I sent my reports back and the communications started getting less and less until no contact and then the mailbox was shut off and the phone disconnected. Wonder if this will be happening with Springer. -----Original Message----- From: bookcourier-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookcourier-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of George Bell Sent: Friday, June 20, 2008 8:59 AM To: bookcourier@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookcourier] Re: FW: BookCourier I'm not defending Springer's failure to communicate, but please note that the message copied here said, ..."production of the new BookCourier has been put on hold." "put on hold" does NOT mean it has been discontinued in any way, shape or form. Certainly not for the moment anyway. George.
