mattie ross has seen her father killed,
so she decides to track down the killer, she knows him,
she hires a U. s. marshal, and a texas ranger to help her,
they don't want her to go along, but she does,
lot of stuff happens on the way, a very good read, wasn't sure, but i liked it,
