I obtained a URL from the Replay, URL finder
I tested it with the Preview URL feature in the URL Finder.
it played.
I then created a new show for the same url in the url finder.
THe program didn't play or record in Replay AV.
When I looked at the URL in the Properties tab of URL finder, I noticed the URL had been Shortenned to a protion of the original.
So, again, aside from trial and error, doesw anyone know how to interperate a URL so that I cn use a shorter version which will be short enough to play as a Replay Program.

Sorry but you need to give better details. Every step or explain
what you are trying to do. And whcih applications you are using
that is giving you the trouble.

As to the long filenames, the problem is the need to re-edit
them prior to
conversion. Some of thelong file names are truncated so that
they worn' play
or won't be converted untill renamed. Thus, the aumatic
conversion method
won't work. I have to go into the saved show, rename it
manually and then
convert it manually.
