Yes, but I've only seen this when capturing Youtube videos via the media guide.
BTW, is anyone else using Firefox 26? I tried capturing Youtube videos normally with IE and it worked as it should. I haven't tried using Firefox in safe mode yet, but it clearly has something to do with the latest Firefox since I was able to capture with it fairly recently.
