I have been helping Applian for the last 3 years and they are a
great company.

I have a blog at:

http://petrogia.blogspot.com

I also have a podcast on how to use Replay AV 8.

The menus were introduced with Replay AV 8 and you are correct
that RAV 7 did not have the menus.
