[blindreplay] Applian's Response on Replay Player

I'll have to see if Windows Media Player skins can be labeled or
not. I'm
not sure what the accessibility options will be here.
The point of Replay Player is to make it easy to listen to
recorded radio
shows and skip over the commercials and news breaks. Other than
that, it
doesn't have any benefit over whatevefr default MP3 player is
currently
running.
