Is there any difference between using the blue tooth keyboard with an
IPhone 4s, and an IPhone 6? Anyone had experience using it with this
particular phone?

Well, I'm not sure what to tell you. This isn't my experience with a
bluetooth keyboard and my iPhone 4S. You can configure in your
keyboard settings whether VoiceOver will echo what you're typing or
not. Also, as I said below, you have to manually turn quick nav off if
you want to enter text into an edit field in IOS 8. This was automatic
in previous versions of IOS. Of course, you're edit field also needs
to be active, which you can do by double tapping it on the screen or
using a VoiceOver command from your keyboard.

That's what I have, and I use a bluetooth keyboard with it from time
to time. Make sure you know your VoiceOver keyboard commands and
turn quick nav off when you get into an edit field. Hit the left and
right arrows simulataneously to toggle quic nav.

I imagine this is quite a bit different than using a screen reader
