You need to read more from David Seegal's website which explains in article
after article why war is, and has always been, counterproductive. It is sold
to the people by the power elites because it is the mechanism by which those
power elites achieve their goals, or try to. The article by Chris Hedges,
which I posted this morning, is about two war veterans who are traveling the
country, demonstrating against war. What they say about Afghanistan and Iraq
is instructive.
