If you don't have a service contract with FS you can 
take it to radio shack or a similar store. They should 
be able to replace the batteries with out much trouble. 
Also you could send it to CAT. I don't have the 
information right now but someone on the list might have 
it. The only time I would send something to FS for 
repair is if I had a service contract with them.
