I do have the long synopsis so it doesn't seem that that's the problem. I have a couple of things to check that people have suggested so I'll try them out and see what happens.

Yeh, I meant characters. Did I say words? You can tell how dingy I am getting over this silly thing. I'm sure it's under 200 characters but will double check. As I told Jake there is no ISBN available, but I didn't think that would cause any problem.
