Good evening:

Let me tackle this uncomfortable topic.

I have discussed this issue in detail with Janice Carter while we were at the NFB convention.

Elizabeth, I hope this will be getting addressed soon.

Please forgive me before hand. I know what I am about to suggest is going to be unpopular. The reality is, as we know, that some of the books are vastly better in quality and some (admittedly only a few) are in just awful shape. The other reality is that the awful ones are uncomfortably coming from some of the same people. Some of us have been kind about not rejecting books and have spent a great deal of time fixing up books which should have rightfully bee rejected.

Is there some way bookshare can officially help out here such as helping people who repeatedly submit books in messy form get better at scanning?

A lot of the messiness is coming from just a few people.
