Hey Sue,
Tiffiny's message pretty much already says this, but in case you pass over
it... The system thinks you have downloaded the book therefore it puts it on
your Step 2 page, just as it thought you downloaded it when you actually
did. Computers whether they think you did something and whether you actually
did it or not, will have the same reaction. *grin* Unfortunately we haven't
quite figured out to make them think independently, of course that could be
a good thing in case they thought it right to blow up the world.

    Duplicates on step 1 result from people uploading the book multiple
times. Whether this is because they think the book did not go through or
have waited a long time to hear about their book and haven't, assuming it
lost, so they upload again is unknown.
