Hi, Roger, I met somebody who has an insulin pump and she said she couldn't
eat potatoes as they went right through her or something like that. I'm glad
you can enjoy them. I know there are people who have to have pizza. I've

I am diabetic and eat potatoes all the time. They are treated like any other
starch exchange. You just can't overdo it, like you can't overdo bread,
rice, beans or any other starchy food.
