It's working very very well. The only thing I don't like is that it's easy
to push buttons on the right near where the glass is that can result in well
interesting results.

The optic book, unlike the reading edge, comes w/software that's
designed to decrease book distortionshadow, etc. Also, the edge is a
pretty dated scanner--very good for its time, but... U do have to be
careful not to have page overlap, e.g., putting the book so close that
a little of the other page is visible.
