Hi Valerie and everyone!

I remember seeing the notice on the Bookshare site about Gustavo's passing. I just knew him as a name, but I felt some sadness anyway.

Valerie, you mentioning that you corresponded with Gustavo reminds me of Clarence Whaley at GW Micro who passed away about two and a half years ago, I think. Quite a while before that, out of the blue he e-mailed me and we had a few messages going back and forth. Everyone said what a friendly guy Clarence was, so, just judging from your message, Gustavo must have been a special warm and friendly person too.

It was a huge loss to the BookShare family. I remember corresponding with him when Cindy first joined five or six years ago.

Thanks for the reminders, Jamie!
