Hi,
The instructions say bso- wich is different from bso. Could that account
for a problem if a program is involved?

Thanks.

If you upload the file with bso in it it sometimes appears that way with
the bso still there when the book enters the new books list. I do not know

if the staff has something new in place to take care of this recurring
issue.
