If you upload the file with bso in it it sometimes appears that way with the bso still there when the book enters the new books list. I do not know if the staff has something new in place to take care of this recurring issue.

Hi Jill,

The original purpose of BSO was to indicate to the administrator that the book is to replace the current copy. Since Gustavo is no longer the approver of books you may want to mention that the book is a replacement in the comments area as well. Traditionally yes, the BSO will be removed by the admin.

This is my first time validating a BSO book; do I remove the BSO from the title and just explain in the comments area or do I assume that the office will remove BSO from the title?
