I tried your first two suggestions without success. So I've resorted to your email suggestion and sent it to Marissa as an attachment.

1. change the filename so that it conforms with the old 8/3 standard.
2. Make sure there are no punctuation marks in the filename other that the
period before the extension.
If neither of those helps, you could try again later or send the book to
Marissa or Peter as an attachment and they can get it on the system for you.
There seems to be a transient bug floating around that strikes randomly.
