The problem I had was with a very large file, something like 3.0 mb, kb,
or whatever they call it.
A smaller file, one sixth the size, transferred flawlessly this morning on
attempt one.
This is something Stephen and the folks at Kurzweil probably need to test
and confirm whether or not Jana's suggested massaging ought to be a
mandatory step on our end in preparing any and all .rtf files for
uploading to Bookshare.

And, Jana, much thanks again for your detailed handholding.  You're a true
Godsend!
