OK, Peter, I'll do that. I used the send mail link on the Web site, and it 
was in my sent items folder, so it did go out. It's odd that that would 
happen both times, though. Take care.

Julie,
    I have a folder which archives every Support Email I've ever received
and, for whatever reason, your requests are not there.  Next time, try
sending a separate Email to Info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx  That way, Janice and I will
both get the request and we'll be able to check each other to be sure we
received it.  Thanks.
