Hi all, I looked and neither of my libraries has any edition of this book. I could try to put in an ILL for it, but I doubt I could get it before Cindy (I'm still waiting to hear if they were able to get the request I put in over the weekend). Also - I was able to track down the ISBN number that Darren gave. It's for the 3rd edition of this book in loose-leaf format.
