Carrie had mentioned that chapter names should be checked for bold text and made bold if some of the letters are bold and some aren't because some scanning software doesn't handle this reliably. As a sighted person, you wouldn't need to be told to watch for this since you'd see it and fix it anyway. Some blind people who have never seen anything needed to know to watch out for it. Our software doesn't differentiate bold or italicized text by default. So if the word "this" has the t and the s bolded, you'd want to make the whole word bolded.
