Steve, Thanks for the clarification. I am aware of the actual time. But, ocnsidering the fact that many other scanners take approximately 10 seconds for actual scan time, without considering the return bar time. I'm willing to spend more if there is a slightly faster flatbed scanner. Any recommendations? It is fast, its just not that fast. If you include the return bar time, which is important if you plan to scan repeatedly, a better number would be about 10 seconds a page.
