Hi, Jackie,

OK, after reading your message again, I realize that I didn't find the reset
button.

Now I have, and the Pacmate is happily putting Braille beneath my fingers
again! Thank you!

And it's battery is at 97%, so that wasn't the problem. No idea what was.

Of course, now I need to go and reconfigure everything, but it's a far sight
better than sending it in.

Thanks for everything.

Lora

To find the reset button, turn the PAC Mate upside down. Locate the left
side middle rubber pad. Just to the left of this rubber pad is a small,
round protuberance with a hole. This is the reset button.

To reset your PAC Mate, use a straightened paper clip or a toothpick and
press down gently. You should feel the button move slightly as you press.
