[bksvol-discuss] Re: New Books List

Could you add me to your group of people? I don't always have the time to go look at them, but if the list comes in email, I will read it. That probably doesn't make any sort of sense at all.

Thanks for the explanation, Shelley.

If you want, I can add you to my list of people to
whom I send the list daily. I send it BCC, with the
titles asterisked and repetitions of some lines that
are repeated in every title deleted.

If any of you newbies want to have the list of new
books mailed to you, please let me know. I can't
remember to whom I mentioned it and to whom I haven't.
Many people prefer to check Jake's list or to wait
until the new books are added to the bookshare site,
but others like having the list in their mailboxes to
look at or delete, depending on their mood. smile

Smile,

It is an error for me, because I don't log in to
look at the list, am too
darn lazy, but as soon as I log in, it goes away as
I am a member in good
standing.

I have two questions about the books added today (Monday).

The first is specific to today's list: Is the title
Ben There, Done That, correct, or should it be Been
There, Done That. I can't tell from the synopsis.

The second is more general, and I've been meaning to
ask it for a while: I don't understand why the word
"error" in the paragraph that precedes the list of
books: "Some titles returned the following error:
This
is a copyrighted book available for download only to
current members of Bookshare.org. Please log in if
you
have a member account, otherwise find out about
joining."

How is that statement in error? That is the case,
isn't it?

Just curious.

Cindy
